  • Experience of the leadership and oversight of operations of a comparable organisation
  • Experience of leading and managing a team
  • Experience of securing the financial resources needed to deliver a business strategy, including funding applications
  • Proven track record of partnership working and collaborations and research and development to further an organisation’s ambition
  • Experience of working with a board

Desirable experience

  • Experience in a senior role in a leading arts organisation
  • Experience of working with marketing teams to reach target audiences and achieve sales targets
  • Experience of raising finance for creative projects
  • Experience of leading on Health and Safety and Safeguarding policies
