You will be joining an organisation at an exciting stage of its journey, with a new strategy in place and a strong focus on doing great things for its community. Supported by our dedicated team of staff, volunteers and trustees, St Luke’s Hospice strives to provide high-quality, compassionate hospice care to people in Brent and Harrow.

We have reviewed the job purpose and description of this key leadership role to align with our new strategy and cultural transformation goals.

Your professional experience and skills will be essential as you act as the executive sponsor for culture transformation initiatives, including values-based recruitment, strategic performance management, engaging staff activities, promoting genuine ED&I, and developing new and optimising existing HR, pay and reward systems and solutions.
