For almost four decades, St Luke’s has provided compassionate, expert palliative and end-of-life care to people across Harrow and Brent, supporting patients, their families and loved ones with dignity, kindness and respect.

Following the departure of our previous Chief Executive in October 2025, we have benefited from the excellent leadership of our internal Interim Chief Executive. With the support of the Executive, our dedicated staff, volunteers and Board, they have provided stability and continuity, ensuring that the hospice has remained focused on delivering exceptional care while preparing confidently for the future.

This is a particularly significant moment to join St Luke’s. As we approach our 40th Anniversary, we are looking ahead with ambition and purpose. We have exciting plans to improve our estate, strengthen our financial sustainability, and develop our services so that we can continue to meet the changing needs of our communities for many years to come.

We are looking for an inspiring and collaborative leader who shares our values, understands the opportunities and challenges facing hospice care, and can build on the strong foundations already in place.
