We are excited to be recruiting two key leadership roles to align with our new strategy and cultural transformation goals – one a Medical Director and the other a Director of Finance and Commercial.

The Medical Director post at St Luke’s Hospice represents an expansion of the hospice’s senior medical leadership team and will provide clinical leadership, strategic direction and governance oversight for all medical services within St Luke’s Hospice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, responsive and person-centred palliative and end of life care.
The Finance and Commercial Director will play a leading role in developing the long-term financial viability and operational resilience of the charity, including financial, commercial, estates, facilities, IT and information risk.
Both roles require confidence, visibility and accessibility. Inspiring, motivating and empowering others with your professional leadership.
