• UK Professional accountancy qualification

• Significant experience of financial management
• Experience of leading change within teams
• Experience of Executive-level leadership
• Experience of developing and managing management information systems
• Experience of using MS Office and Excel to an advanced level
• Experience of operating within strong governance, audit, or regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge and experience of developing organisational strategy, and business and financial planning systems

• Charity/ NFP experience

• A commercial understanding of contractual service provision
• Ability to understand the capabilities and potential of IT and Tech across an organisation
• Strong communication skills and presence to influence at Executive and Board level

• Intellectually strong and commercially astute, with an ability to think analytically

• In depth knowledge of charity SORP and tax relating to charities
• Knowledge of not-for-profit funding streams
  
• Knowledge of estates, facilities and contract management within a regulated environment
